Member of Technical Staff.

As a Member of Technical Staff, you will own the design and delivery of production agent systems end-to-end — from ambiguous customer spec to deployed service. You will work directly with frontier labs, customer engineering teams, and Fortune 500 leadership.

You will operate at the center of each deployment, partnering with research, product, and customer engineers. The work you ship will define what Delphi looks like for the next decade.

• Design and ship agent systems that automate the workflows our customers care most about.
• Partner directly with frontier labs to push the limits of what current models can do.
• Embed with Fortune 500 engineering teams to roll out, evaluate, and iterate on production deployments.
• Own problems end-to-end: scoping, prototyping, shipping, and measuring impact.
• Influence what we build next by bringing back signal from the field.

• You have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• You have strong fundamentals in distributed systems, applied ML, or LLM application development.
• You have shipped production systems independently.
• You write clearly and exercise sharp product judgment.
• You move faster than people expect.
